YESSSSSSSSSSSS Keep the signups coming. Dont worry about handicaps and feeling like you arent a good enough golfer. Yes its a tournament but it's all about having fun and meeting up with THPer's and doing something we all love to do. If you are on the fence, just go for it. You will not regret it.
 
So apparently this course is right next to the Atlantic City airport, AND it's cheaper then flying to New York ($190).

But WAIT, I have finals. Poop.

My last final is Friday. On top of that my dad planned a rafting/adventure trip for us since his cousin owns a place a few hours from here. Oh well.
 
I beleive Spirit Airllines is (or was) the only commerical airline flying in and out of Atlantic City Airport. They have some outrageous "tack on fees" related to luggage. Even a charge to carry on a bag. So consider that when looking at their flight pricing.

Again maybe it has changed but to the best of my knowledge only Spirit flys to ACY.

Golf4life flew to myrtle dirt cheap from there I believe.
 
I am officially in on this event. So pumped I am coming from the DC area. I was wondering if people are bringing their significant others? If so what ar ethey planning on doing while we play?

Lots of gambling some spas at the casinos and outlets in AC itself for any sig others that come. I'm flying solo.

Yeah every time I have been to AC it was for a bachelor party. Haha pretty sure she will not want to go to a gentlemen's club haha
 
Spirit from AC is the best way to get to myrtle - i do not think there are any directs out of Philly.

My wife and kid are coming. She is going to come meet everyone and then go off and take my kid to the beach or something.

Cool. She loves the beach and could stay there all day and read, me yeah that doesn't work.

Not sure yet about accommodations because I have an uncle in Egg Harbor so we may stay there Friday night but get a hotel for Saturday.
 
I think we are driving Saturday morning and staying over at a hotel Saturday night. Leaving Sunday. Its about a 2-2:15 drive for us.

Got ya, yeah it is about 4 for us so we are thinking of going Friday night. Not sure about a place to stay for Saturday but we have lots of time and there are so many places.

I found a few that are reasonably priced. We can hook up and discuss it so at least out ladies can hang or something.

With Ellen coming ill need to find something for her to do. She is very shy so if anyone else comes with their wife let me know. Maybe all the wives can hang out while we do business.
