Let's just say that I don't run more than 3 miles with these on.

They do what they are built to do. Strengthen your feet and give just enough cushion to not break your feet.

The guy at work was blown away that I never heard of this before. He said there is video but all video is blocked here at work. This is insanity!

I watched the video sir! My mind is still trying to process it all, for some reason I want one just to say I have a tree climbing goat. I bet it would really eff with my pups.
