Down in the Dumps...

I didn't know where to post this as it really isn't a rant. Actually it could have fallen into more than one category. Tonight we lost a great man who unselfishly made all of us smile each and everyday. My grandfather.

Normally I wouldn't post this in a forum, however so many of you have sent me PM's over the last few weeks seeking updates and sending words of encouragement on his status. That right there has given me a little peace with our loss. It takes a lot to reach out to someone whom you have never met and provide words of well wishes and prayers. For that I want to thank you guys!!!!


I know he is in a better place now and probably enjoying a game of bingo with my late grandmother. The hard part in all of this is I didn't make the three hour drive today to say my last goodbye.

Pops...you will be missed!

Thoughts and Prayers for you and your family. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said he is in a better place and is probably playing a bingo game with your late grandmother. Take solace in that. Losing a family member is never easy and we all grieve in our own way, but remember your THP family is here to lean on if you need us.
