Really hope Finley and Kuhn get resigned but there are a ton of players that are free agents, so it will be interesting none the less. I think 20ish are free agents

For the price probably the right choice, but there is a chance they could get him for the right price only because of his injury past, but moving on may be the right choice. The problem is Quarrels isn't a full time right end starter so they would have to draft someone, and this draft is weak

Quarrels is serviceable. I wouldn't spend a high pick on that position. This may sound odd, but a wide receiver needs to be picked in the first three rounds.
