JB has been trying to get me to try one of these putters ever since he first became acquainted with them. However, none of my local stores carry them and I won't get a putter unless I've demo'd it. I rolled the Payne Stewart Limited Edition in my house a few times and thought it was nice, but that is hardly an adequate test. (And I refuse to game it or even take it outside.)
The SeeMore folks are incredibly nice, and now that I have seen there putters in person, I completely understand the appeal. Standing over the ball, the "Rifle Scope Technology" (the alignment aid) eliminates worries about alignment.
Honestly, if I had a coupn that entitled me to walk out of the PGA Show with one item, it would probably be one of the SeeMore putters . . . (and a logo hat . . . and that cool stand bag they had in their demo day booth). In part because I like the SeeMore guys, in part because I believe the RST probably works for giving a player confidence that the putter is aligned (and thus eliminating any potential negative thoughts about misalignment), and in part because they offer a milled version that appeals to my eye.
I know I didn't comment much in the other Demo Day threads, but that was because I had already seen most or all of the products on display. Whereas, the complete SeeMore line isn't carried in my region of the country (as far as I know.) So it was a very pleasant surprise. I understand SeeMore's cult following now. I hope I have few minutes to roll a few putts at their booth tomorrow.
Anyone, enough of my editorializing. Here's the porn:
