Fresh pasta with hoy Italian sausage in the red sauce.

We are also baking a bulb of fresh garlic that will become soft and amazing to spread over fresh bread.

Neither of us are fancying much in the way of food this evening, so our dinner will consist of scrambled egg and smoked salmon on bagels, quite possibly followed by apple strudel

Sausage Parmigiana sub from an Italian place here in town. Absolutely amazing.
 
Wifey and I had grilled cheese sabdwiches. Sometimes it's best to just keep it simple.
