Wow, the wings and ribs look amazing!

What BBQ sauce do you use on the ribs?

This was rubbed only and then glazed with a sauce at the end. Its a Woody's sauce since we did not have much around. Pretty darn good. Also used a sugar free maple sauce after the fact.

That makes my half pound burgers sound puny ha

There will be goat cheese and bacon to go with those onions.

Oh man you aren't kidding JB. Where did you get that rack to hold the ribs up like that?

Amazon. This one is made for Kamados, but they make them for all kinds. We have 4 full racks going sliced in half since we have guests this evening. Should slow cook for about 5 hours (they have been going for 45 minutes already.

Awesome, long time to wait but I am sure it will be more than worth it.

Here ya go. Some options on Amazon. We went with this one because it can be turned upside down for a large roast.

I bought something like that to make baked potatoes on. Its just a flat piece of metal with 4 "prongs" on it, the potato slides on the prongs, put the whole thing on the grill and it cooks the potato from the inside out with prong and outside in with the ambeint air. Works pretty well. I like to put some butter on the outside, coat them with salt and pepper and make a salt/pepper encrusted potato.

I'm usually smoking a big chunk of meat on my Weber Smoky Mountain Smoker on weekends. Would this be the thread for posting pics and recipes? Did a 13-hour overnight brisket last Saturday that was to the family's liking. Wish I would have taken some pics.

Absolutely, this is a great thread. I think that there is a smoking thread also either place would work.

I grilled pizza tonight, mozzarella, parm, basil, and mushroom.

I'm a fan.

Nah, right on the grill. It was an adventure for me!
