Wow! I don't even think I should post the courses I've played because I'll look like a real chump compared to some courses I'm reading in here.

Thailand:
Eastern Star Golf Club (home course)
Pattaya Country Club
Laem Chabang International - Really nice course
Burapa
Siam Country Club Old course - LPGA Thailand course
Kaeo Keow - Monkeys on some of the holes.
Phoenix Gold - They banned walking last year and lost profits allowed walking again recently lovely course and views.
Pluatulong Navy Course - 36 holes North, South, East and West owned and run by the Royal Thai Navy extremely cheap but well maintained course.
Emerald Golf Course - Designed by Nick Faldo, tight hilly and bunkers galore.
Black Mountain Hua Hin - A top 100 course outside the US and the price reflects that was spewing over the cost all way round.
Imperial Lake View Hua Hin - Lovely course and more realistic price.

Indonesia:
Senayen Golf course in the centre of Jakarta.
Pondok Indah Golf Course also in Jakarta very pricey.
Balikpapan only 2 courses but I can not remember the names, both tight with jungle and no rough it fairway or jungle.

Malaysia:
Kelentan Golf Course in Kota Bharu
I also played a course in KL but for the life of me cannot remember the name.

Next year I'd love to actually play in the UK if I manage to get home for a week or so.

Im jealous of about everyone posting here as these lists are incredible. I wish I could play some of these lists over the course of my lifetime nevertheless in one season. Anyways my top 3 for the season would be Butler National, Mistwood, and Dubsdread (all Chicago area courses).

I noticed a couple of people playing Mistwood (IL) this last year. I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts on it especially compared to the impressive names on these lists.

Enjoyed the Fort at the THP Event this year and have played the others. Indy was a nice place to live (for 7 months a year). :D

Didn't get to play as much as usual this year due to a late spring (weather) and traveling but I did get to play these for the first time:

Teton Pines Country Club
Warren Golf Course
Troy Burne Golf Club
Keller Golf Course (redesign)
