I hope I am reading this wrong.... Fogle's photos and videos included minors as young as "approximately six years of age"... Here's to hoping he dies a slow death.

One of the articles I linked above says they wont argue for a sentence less than 5 years. I hope its 50 years

Yeah, the US Attorney filed the case today.

The lowlights:

For about 4 years, the guy who ran Jared's charity used 12 different "to engage in sexually explicit conduct for for the purpose of secretly producing visual depictions of such conduct." I'll skip over the remaining details in that paragraph.

Images and videos were produced using multiple hidden cameras concealed within clock radios. I'll again skip the remaining details.

The guy who ran the charity (Taylor) sent these materials to Jared over a period of four years. Jared knew they were under 18, some down to 13-14 years of age.

Jared and Taylor discussed these materials multiple times over a period of years and apparently knew the names of at least some of the children.

Taylor obtained child pornography produced by others for Jared over a period of years. These materials were made outside of the US, were previously known to authorities from other investigations, and contained children as young as 6.

He is charged with:

Receipt and Distribution, and Conspiracy to Receive and Distribute
Interstate travel to engage in sexual activities with minors (2012 trip to NYC where he paid a 17 year old, he later texted her asking her to find him a younger girl, the younger the better, did it again in 2013 trip to NYC). He would have sex with the underage escorts first to ensure they were not LEOs.
 
This is a sick bastard and I hope he gets some prison justice.

The agreement filed ahead of an expected court appearance by Fogle said he agrees to pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 minor victims, who will each receive $100,000. Fogle will also be required to register as a sex offender and undergo treatment for sexual disorders.
The government has agreed not to seek a sentence of more than 12½ years in prison, and Fogle has agreed not to ask for less than five years, according to the documents, which say Fogle will plead guilty to one count of traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography.

I am so aggravated by this. This sick perv ruins the life of 14 children (that we know of as i'm sure there are more) and he spends a few years in jail and pays a fine he certainly can afford. But, we put away people that do a few drugs for much longer. What a messed up judicial system. Child Molesters should be the ones spending life in prison regardless of how minor the offense.
 
Hopefully he will get his just due while in prison.

I hope this reaches way further than just Fogle.

I could not imagine being married to a person like that. Did she really have no clue? I am not saying she did or didn't, I am genuinely asking. It's like Cosby, did the wife not know he was raping women for decades? This whole situation is absolutely disgusting.

It really is sad and you wonder how someone could be so out of the loop but apparently it happens. Im sure she like everyone else thought she knew him better. What a ridiculously crazy and just sickening situation. Whatever his sentence will be, karma will destroy this piece of sh!t.
 
I agree with the comments about this dude needs to be put down like a rabid dog. Too much of this sick minded crap going on these days. I don't understand what would make an adult male have a desire for girls this young. Sick Sick Sick.

The information filed by the US Attorney says the encounters with the 17 year old prostitute happened while he was traveling. Everything else directly involving kids was done by the guy running his charitable foundation and passed along to Jared. So I suspect it was lots of 'business meetings'.
