Wrapped with brown sugar, honey, butter and a little apple juice

Looking good just a little more time unwrapped IMG_3427.jpeg

How did you do them?
3 hrs smoked - 250

2 hrs wrapped in butter, honey, brown sugar and a little apple juice - 230

45 minutes unwrapped - 230

10 minutes with sauce to get the glaze - 230

Exactly how I do it except I normally go 225 the whole time in my UDS.

I will smoke burgers without the reverse sear and they are great and super low maintenance. Get them going, wait til they hit temp and serve. Great for a crowd.
what temp to you cook them to?

Some baby backs and a pork but that I did for Christmas.

Some really good cooks in this thread. I need to step my game up.

Smoked some wings last night. Sure enjoy using the Recteq alot more since we've gotten to Houston!IMG_3566.jpeg

The boy got a free turkey from his work at the assisted living joint for Thanksgiving and I finally got to smoke it today. Use Naturiffic Harvest Brine to dry brine it and put it in the Weekender at 325° until the breast hit 155°. This thing is so juicy. I cut it all up and vacuum packed it for sandwiches.
