Does it get any better?

Celebrated my birthday today with playing 18 holes. Shot a "good" 95. Managed to lower my hcp with .4 (always something!) even though it felt like it was a hurricane on the course with strong winds.

So, what did i learn from todays round of golf. Well, i really need to work on my chipping and pitching. I bet i had about 10 completely useless strokes caused by poor close game..

One minute you are extatic and the next minute you are cursing like there was no tomorrow. That is what i love about this game!!

But does it get any better to celebrate ones birthday with 18 holes? :banana:

I had a friend that liked to say fishing is good for the soul. He didn't play golf, so he really had no idea what his soul could enjoy. Practice that short game. Sounds like you're close to going low. Happy Birthday.
