Theyre called the Bag-Tag Golf Banner, and you can read about them more here. I think they are still working on their licensing from NHL, NFL, etc but you get the point on these. I want the Canada one!!

Very good idea, simple but something many will want. I don't think I would go to a carry bag just to have one though.
