Olive oil in coffee? on Ice cream?

Has anyone tried this? I use olive oil for a lot of things but never would have dreamed of putting it in my coffee or on my ice cream

I used to use coconut oil in coffee when I was doing keto a few years ago. Never olive oil tho but it couldn’t be much different.
