Dev, call the Utility company and ask for the breakdown on what the error was and ask for documentation. That's crap, I would want to see the data, and then ask if it checks out, see if you can work something out with them in terms of payment.

I spent 8 hours driving to & from customer sites.
My first stop was a maximum security prison to check on some equipment only to find out they ad an "incident" involving a couple of inmates, a shank & some toilet paper. It took 2 hours to get to the boiler room & I had to walk almost 3 miles outside, in the rain. Fun times but they're my best customer.
The next stop was way too easy to get inside. The back door to the pharmacy was open, so I walked in, made my way to the power plant & was out in an hour.
Note to anyone visiting hospitals, if you have a note book & act like you know where you're going, no one questions why you're there.

Maybe so but it's amazing who you run into hanging out in the basement of most big hospitals.
Now, food process plants are a whole different ball game. Escorts taking you where you need to go & no cameras most places. You better have a good memory if you're looking at equipment.
Interesting. Hospitals here in Florida wont allow you in them unless you have a Vendorclear badge, which means you are an allowed visitor and are in the system, or are one of 3 family members that are on a special visitation list.
I have more i.d. badges to get in and out of hospitals than I know what to do with, and it gets to be a pain when you grab the wrong one and try to go in.

I've got more than a few myself, my wife hates getting my truck with them all over the dash & console. But then again, I never go in the front door. I've been a boiler guy for awhile, look for for the stacks, park by them & find the roll up door.
