Dunce Cap For A Bit
I’ve had ribs in the Sous Vide for 24 hours. Just threw them in the oven to finish off, should be about an hour total at 300*. First attempt so I may crank up the heat as 300 seemed low, but I’m loosely following someone’s recipe. Will sauce twice the last 20 minutes in 10 minute intervals.
Sides of baked beans, ceaser salad, and fresh orange bell pepper slices.
