Ah yes, the perpetual pursuit of driving distance. Some time ago some buddies and I had a discussion on what powers driving distance. We ended up with the conclusion that to get longer, a guy (or gal) has to keep practicing and playing as often as he can. The proof of that is small, teenage junior golfers whaling it up to 300 yards. So for our personal consumption, let's answer a few questions to prove or disprove that.
First, for driving distance, let's get the average, which is between your shortest and longest drive. And please, no wind-assisted, cart path-assisted, terrain-assisted drives. And no counting drives into the jungle. Let's count just the fairway or the first cut at the most.
And for sex, it's the chromosomes you were born with, not your preference of partner, or how often you do it. Weight in pounds, height in feet and inches. For gaming regularity, your most recent habits.
1. What is your average driving distance?
2. How old are you?
3. How much do you currently weigh?
4. What is your height?
5. How many times a week do you regularly play golf?
6. In addition to playing, how many times a week do you hit the driving range?
Thanks.
