Announced last week at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, the new Bridgestone e12 Soft and e12 Speed immediately got the attention of some of the followers of our live coverage. Wanting to dive into the technology behind them a little deeper, we caught up with the team and had them break down what they are, who they are for and everything in between.
Here, equipment expert Michael Vrska chats with Elliot Mellow from Bridgestone Golf and dives a bit deeper than normal into golf ball construction and manufacturing.
Stay tuned to the THP Forum next week for a chance to get your hands on a dozen of the new e12 lineup for testing and reviews. We are going to be sending out quite a few and look forward to feedback from members.
I am Really intrigued. Love how more and more company’s are embracing the Matte look.
Fantastic video – Vrska’s questions and follow-ups are great.
Two engines both the Mantle and the Core, this intrigues me as does the soft feel but with the great performance. The largest rubber company in the world. So great to see Bridgestone back.
Looking forward to trying the red and yellow balls – the color durability is definitely important.
Really hoping to get to test these. For some reason it’s one of the most intriguing ball stories of the year, Right up there with ERC and Mizuno offerings.
