Apparently I've been missing Phil tearing the course apart.
 
A lot of guys going low today. Not too surprising though, didnt Bo Van Pelt just shoot a 59 a few days ago there?

MAN it's killing me that I'm missing this round by Phil. Of course it's probably not even on yet anyway. I'll catch highlights tonight. Go Phil!!!
 
Golf central coming on GC in 10 minutes. Lemme guess what they'll be talking about?

And Phil's best PGA Tour score was a 60...and it was this very track. He loves it at Scottsdale.

He's got 2 difficult holes and 1 birdie hole left. If he puts it in the Fairway at 7, he can make birdie. If not, no guarantee par. 8 is super tough. Not a birdie chance. 9 is a definite birdie chance. Gonna be exciting.
 
Pretty tasty shot by Phil on 7, has about 6 feet for birdie.
 
I think he is on. ten under is crazy low.
