How did they decline the holding penalty but accept the horse collar and TD? That makes no sense to me....

I'm torn. I have Randle AND the Vikings defense. (And Peterson.) and that is the only reason I care about this game. That, and hoping the Giants win so the jags can have one game up for the #1 pick...
