As you can see I love me some thanksgiving. Featured above is homade noodles in chicken broth... corn and green beans, homade sweet rolls with a butter glaze and some pistachio marshmellow dessert... almost done..lol

I'm cooking low carb this year so I can stay on track with my diet. I made stuffing with homemade flax bread (first time ever cooking it). It looks gross! I think it will be a major fail. LOL We have plenty of other good stuff to eat though.

Just getting started. It is a huge bird for two!
Wow, #Leftoversggalore. We have 5 of us and they recommended a 10 lb bird, but we went 13. I am a little bummed its all white, no dark meat this year.
I'm disappointed, I know the birds are the dish of the day, but you can't sleep on the desserts!!!! These three will be in the on deck circle waiting their turn..
