Wisconsin isn't very good.
 
Why different rules in college and pro football. They should be the same IMO.
These two in particular. The receiver should have to have both feet come down in bounds for a reception and an offensive player should have to be touched by a defensive player to be considered down.

I'm sure the only degree he is interested in is the one that teaches him how to sign on the dotted line of an NFL contract at this point
