Hard to plan what to cook for dinner lately. With the wife being pregnant it's hit or miss on what I have planned to cook and what she wants to eat. My lead time on what is "safe" to prep is 15 to 20 minutes at most. So, lately we've been going out for Mexican ... a lot.
We ate at Longhorn, we had Firecracker Shrimp for an appetizer, both of us had Caesar Salads and she had a bacon wrapped sirloin and I had the Renegade sirloin.
Kids choice for us tonight. So naturally the oldest wanted Chic-Fil-A & the youngest wanted Chinese food. They are spoiled so they each got what they wanted. I'm such a pushover.
