Tour Star...Layin' Up!
Are there hotels nearby or is It middle of nowhere?
I'm like 99.9% sure the hotel is right in the casino and just need to say everyone wants the "poker rate" $50 a night.

If* big if* there's an event in the WNY/Central NY area you're coming. I don't care if I have to drive to come pick you up and drive you home lol.
You have no clue! I try not to think about it really lol I don't want to get my hopes up. Although I think there's some course in the Rochester area and I'm sure some in the Buffalo area that could hold an invitational style event, not sure anywhere other than Turning Stone that could hold a grander style.
Ah ok I know historically they try to gouge u in the casino hotels.I'm like 99.9% sure the hotel is right in the casino and just need to say everyone wants the "poker rate" $50 a night.

The only downfall I see to this, is flying into Syracuse (not sure how hard/easy that is to do); and I'm not sure how many Albatross members we have in the area (whatever the area would be--am I in the area because I am 2 hours East? Or the western NY boys that are 3 hours west?). Otherwise, it's perfect.Syracuse NY. Turning Stone Resort has three outstanding courses and the Casino.
Pinehurst area but the issue there is a bit of a drive to Raleigh which is probably the closest airport. It is however in a central driving location for the east coast.

1/2 price replays, not free. There are deals to be made there though. My golf league end of the year outing is 36 there in August and the guy who runs our league was able to get us a morning round on Atunyote (the fanciest one), so they will work with you.I've never played, but I've only heard good things. All the courses have I believe (except for the one that the tour plays on) has free replays the same day. Everyone who's played there also says the cheaper of the 3 or 4 that are there is by far the nicest. The casino being right there makes entertainment aspect pretty awesome. Just makes a lot of sense (on paper)
There is a hotel at the Casino. The Casino also has a lodge nearby as well. There are 2 or 3 hotels (Fairfield and La Quinta off the top of my head) right outside the entrance to the casino that are cheaper options. Are there hotels nearby or is It middle of nowhere?
Yeah no doubt man it would be awesome. There's some nice courses up this way that I think I would be a nice fit. Guess it all depends on the amount of people willing to come up here haha

Got it. Living in Albany, Syracuse was just never anything I looked into as it's about 2 hours, 20 minutes from me. And Newark is 2 hours door to door.Syracuse is actually not bad to fly into at all easy in and out. When I lived in Binghamton I often flew out of Syracuse just because it was easier than the Binghamton airport.
I'd second this part of your list!Alright I will put out a bit of a longer list:
- Branson
- KC
- St. Louis
- Des Moines
- Chicago
- Las Vegas
- Scottsdale
If I see 1 more KC so help me gawd.
Don't fight it Mike, you know you want to venture south into the southern midwest!
Just kidding keep the input coming
This boy likes to eat. I enjoy good grub. Point me in the direction of good Buffalo wings...Houston, Washington DC/northern VA area, Kohler, WI...San Diego, Scottsdale, Austin
These are all fun spot with good golf and food. I'd like to tie in some good grub with some good golf. Or a diner, drive ins and dives invitational. Golf and then the triple d spot.
I would need at least a 7800 yard course to make it playable dude.

would love to see branson added so I can show ricky some ozarks hospitalityTurning stone would be great. Some awesome courses up there. Traveling probably isn't in the cards for me next year unless it's driving distance so I won't really add much here.
soon we will make it happen!dont forget united has a non stop daily denver to springfield, MO.
I think we should visit each others cities for some golf
