This is awesome. I saw him tee off on 18, but then we headed back to catch up with the leaders.
 
He's fun to watch. He might be a wizard.
 
So wish he would of got it! Would of been an awesome show for everyone watching
 
I was on 18 at the final round of the SHO when he hit his approach shot just in the edge of the water left of the green. He walked right up to the water, took his shoes off, and hit it out. I don't remember for sure, but I think it was short and required another chip, but then he putted out with his shoes off. The crowd ate it up.
 
Crazy to see him attempt during competition!
 
Only PM would try to this, would've been cool to see him execute this in a tourney.
 
Gotta love Phil. Not many could pull anything like that off and he almost did.
 
Phil is the only pro I can think of that would even attempt that shot!

I'm guilty of calling Phil a moron on occasion (Ok, frequently), but you certainly can't argue the entertainment value.
 
Would have been great if that shot had come off and he got it onto the green

I know I wouldn't be attempting that during a competition
 
I love that he has the cohenes to try things like that
 
This is one shot I have never actually tried...i remember seeing him do it a few years ago and thought it was so clever.
 
Phil the thrill. Can't hate on Phil, he has had a tough run the last two years. I'm glad he still having fun.
