I'm a 49yo married father of two adult children, community college teacher, and new golfer. I'm so new, in fact, that I've yet to play a round of golf. The drummer in my band is an avid golfer. After a rehearsal in early December, he invited me to hit balls at a driving range. I was hooked immediately. I got a set of Adams Speedline clubs for Christmas and have been to the indoor dome about 35 miles from my house several times. I'm hoping to learn what I can from folks here, get in as much time at the indoor driving range as I can (and utilize their short game area), and play my first round when it thaws out around here.
