And man it was quick inswear we werent there 30 minutes. Much better than last years bday debacle

I have eaten like garbage the last few days. I feel like the last month of hard work has gone to crap these last few days. I just can't stop eating, and all I want is garbage.

I couldn't go to OT the last two days due to work stuff, but I am back tomorrow morning. I am hoping that kick starts me back into better decisions.

2 days of crap can't undo a month of hard work

I had one of those days today, I was CONSTANTLY hungry. All I wanted to do was eat, and trying to find healthy snacks on the go isnt always the easiest.

My wife and I decided to turn things around lately. 30 minutes of P90X in the morning, followed by an hour walk with the dogs. Breakfast: oatmeal or high fiber cereal, maybe a couple of scrambled eggs 2-3 times per week. Lunch: sandwich at most and some almonds to snack on. Dinner: chicken or pork with veggies or salad (we have had salad 5 nights out of the last 12) no starch. Friday and Saturday nights one bottle of red wine between the two of us.

I have given up beer...I can't believe I just said that, "no beer"...what have I become!!!

think my body has finally "bottomed out" am stuck at 229 pounds for about 10 days now, am hoping to get 4 more pounds to 225 and then just maintain.not doing anything different, am going to try and ramp up the exercise to get the last 4 pounds!!!

Holy crap OT was a beast of a class today. I am pretty sure every person in that class sweat straight through their clothes.

I'm the heaviest I've ever been by far and have to do something. My eating is out of control, and usually me and my wife can keep each other motivated, but the last couple months, we've been each others enabler. We're going away this weekend, and it's gotta be the last hurra before we get serious Monday. I've been disgusted with my eating habits lately.

It's like I just can't lose any weight. It doesn't come off. Exercise, whatever. I may budge the scale about 5 lbs, but that's it. I think the metabolism has slowed down to where it's just not in the cards.

Wish it was Monday morning for a couple of reasons. But mostly because I'm at my lowest weight in years and would really help our biggest loser team. Now to continue to lose during the weekend (which has been the toughest for me)

That's awesome Phil. Stay with it and 2016 is going to be special

Nice work buddy keep grinding away

Looks like I lost a little weight on my work trip. Stayed strong and ate decently with smaller portions. Now to keep at it through the weekend.

Weighed in yesterday and was stoked. But, figured it was a mid-week weigh in whatever number that I have been seeing.

Weighed in today, and it was the same.

We shall see if it holds over the weekend. Time to crush some workouts.

I finally got serious about dropping the 10 extra pounds I've been carrying around for most of the last year. I've gone healthy with my diet and am packing a lunch now during workdays to keep me from going out at throwing down 1000+ calories for lunch everyday. I've also cut back on the beer(a little) and upped the mileage on my bike to 80+ miles per week. 2 lbs. lost in the last week and 8 more to go!
