2020/2021 Soccer Thread

Regardless of this outcome, and knowing it helps the US, I’m not a fan of replay. In soccer or other sports. Just kills the flow.

Wow just wow. This ref loves the spotlight. His rating for this game isn't going to be pretty.

Unreal.........Total BS call on US. Hand was on his body. Mexico penalty kick now.

Ref has lost his marbles.

Of course. PK for Mexico.

Fair, just goes to show how it can be subjective.

The non-call of Guardado tackling Leget was solid as a counter point. Looked like a foul in real time from TV but Mexico got the ball and was clean about it.
I agree, but the similar play on the sideline when US gets all ball, it is called a free kick for Mexico. If you call one, call the other.

Can I take back my defense of the ref earlier... would love to see clear and obvious explained here

WOWOOWWOWOWOWOWOW! What a save.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! PK BLOCKED!!!

So we going to see a red card for the punch thrown by the Mexican player?

Big win and I'm off to bed!

Freaking awesome!!

So good

Awesome job, USMNT!!!

Catching up on the extended highlight now. Wow the US set pieces were a nightmare for Mexico!

The Mexico fans had the only performance more disgraceful than the referee. Did he lose control of the game at all?
