Squats were light and hard last night. Last weeks heavy squat workout really beat the crap out of me, as it was supposed to. The progress is nice. I should be recovered for another good heavy session next week.

It’s pretty weak compared to what I used to do, but I am basically a beginner again, and I am learning to be ok with that and just easing my way back into it so I don’t get hurt or overdo it and then I stop working out again.
