i got a big bag so im not really worried about weight
 
On any given day I carry:
12 ProV1 or Prov1x balls
4-5 other balls that I find
50 black Speed Tees
3 Gloves
1 set of rain gloves
1 set of winter golf gloves (removed for now)
8 spikes, with wrench
rain cover
rain pants
rain jacket
pencils, ball markers, divot repair tools
Callaway SunGlasses with hard case
3 Towels (Spotless Swing, normal, and old one)
Last but not least...
Beer (cooler pocket usually caries at least 6 Bud/Coors Light)

edit: forgot my sharpie, groove sharpener, and club brush

This past weekend I compleated my bi-annual decluttering of my golf bag. It occured to me that I could survive for a week burried alive as long as i had my bag with me. It contained;

14 Clubs, training sticks, ball retreiver, 3 divot tools, 5 ball markers, 8 pro V1 balls, 27 tees, protein bar, groove cleaner, sun screen (spf 30 and 10), bandaids, pocket knife, extra pencils, lip balm, cigar lighter, cigar holder, 2 sharpies, extra score card, ball marking tool, hand sanitizer, cigar cutter, range finder, replacement spikes, 3 gloves, short sleeve wind shirt, valuables pouch, long sleeve rain jacket, extra contact lenses, umbrella, 2 towels, $10 and antiseptic wipes.

Problem is, I think I need everything and didn't hardly throw anything away. What's in your bag?

Started this thread to see what people are carrying in their bag that isn't really deemed equipment. We pretty much all know (or can see) what people have in their bag as far as equipment goes. I want to know what people are carrying in their bag that doesn't come into play on each and every hole. And how much junk is actually in their bag. Just for fun. I have seen some people carry crazy things in their bag.

I'll start!

Rules of Golf book
Clinique sunscreen tube and lip balm
OFF! bug spray
Three Albert the Alligator (GO FLORIDA GATORS) golf tees, that I never use. The ball sits on Albert's head. Mom got them for me.
Sharpie markers (About 10 different colors because they were out of red and black packs, and I just dumped them in my bag)
Amino Vital drink packs (usually a small box of three)
Nature Valley Granola bars (Cranberry Pomegranate)
Course survival kit (Batman or Spiderman Bandaids, Neosporen, spare Bic lighter, spare divot tool)
Medical tape (for blisters)
 
Good idea for a thread. There is a lot of crap in my bag non golf

Swiss army knife - very handy to have
Breo watch - my normal watch is to heavy to wear while playing
Sun cream - only use it about 3 times a year here
Full mini sized first aid kit
Money - always have about €10 in change in my bag
2 litres of water - gotta have the water
500 ml soft drink - for when i'm sick of water
Nature valley - choc and oats cos they took the apple off the market

The golf stuff i carry would be

8 - 12 golf balls
150 - 200 tees all sizes
4 - 5 gloves
3 sleeveless vests
1 base layer top long sleeve
1 wooly hat
1 rain hat
1 peak hat
3 towels
lots of pens pencils and ball markers in a little tin

Hell i have way to much crap in my bag
 
I usually try to keep the following:

2 dozen golf balls
A bunch of tees
About 10 divot repair tools (hate having to fish for them)
Bunch of pencils
A special little section to hold my ball markers
Rain cover
A glove (even though I rarely use it)
Neosporin and Band-Aids
Bug Spray
Sun-tan lotion
Old scorecards (I keep them all)
Rangefinder
Any random assorted course books that I've accumlated
A Birdie Bottle (an essential - I always support the golf courses and buy it there if I can but my buddies and I have to keep a Birdie Bottle on hand)

That's about it.

My bag seems completely empty compared to you guys.
-20 or so balls
-3 gloves
-Epoch tees (they last multiple rounds, been using the same one for 3 rounds now)
-loose change
-1 PGA natl. towel, 1 spotless swing, 3 other towels
-rain cover

I def need to get myself an umbrella and a small pill box.

Totally forgot to list Excedrin. I am prone to migraines and Excedrin is the only thing that really helps.

I also keep quarters in my Sundog sunglasses pouch. Probably have about $30 in there right now. We play for quarters up here.

-100 wooden tees
-US quarters/Dubai Dirhams for markers
-glove
-paracetomol, hayfever tablets, plasters
-contact lenses
-zip lock bag (for those wet days for my phone and wallet)
-food
-alignment sticks
-range finder
-umberella
-always keep a spare £1 coin (started when i was younger if i needed to use a pay phone in an emergency or buy water, old habbit i suppose)

One thing that I keep that few others do is my Tam o' Shanter hat. I golf for fun and when I want to conjure the golf gods on a delicate short game shot, I don the Tam and hope the gods smile upon me.
