Briskets are out of the smoker. Letting them settle now, still in foil, wrapped in a towel, in a cooler. Honey BBQ carrots have about 15 minutes left of cooking, then we are off to in-laws for a 6:30ish dinner. I'll snap a pic of the carrots when they come out of the oven.
