**Unofficial contest, not affiliated with anything anywhere, just a bit of fun**
There was a fair bit of love in the "what did you buy today" thread for the medal/marker I picked up at St Andrews yesterday so I thought we could spread that around and have a bit of fun at the same time (potentially fun at my expense!) with a contest/giveaway.
Here's the thing itself, functional and beautiful, can't beat that.
And here's how you can win it...
Predict my stats in my next full competitive round, simple huh...?
Shots on Front 9 / Shots on Back 9 / # putts / # FW hit / # GRI
One point added for each difference between your prediction and the actual stats, lowest score wins.
So if I shoot - 36 / 36 / 29 / 12 / 12 (yeah, right)
And you said - 38 (+2) / 39 (+3) / 29 (+0) / 10 (+2) / 14 (+2) - your score would be 9
In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be closest prediction for the distance of my tee shot on the 18th so will need that too.
One entry per person, post your prediction below in the format:

Putts =
Number FW hit (not %) =
Number GIR (not %)=
18th tee shot (yds) =
I will be diligent in recording, full score counts (inc pens); FW will be true FW, not first cut; putts will be shots on the putting surface, not fw or fringe; 18th distance will be measured with Garmin S1.
And to help you along/confuse the matter further, here's some additional data....
Won't be using driver off the tee
This year I have shot everything from 82 to 130+
Not a big hitter as you'll see on my club selection on par 3s below.
I've only played 3 competitive rounds and am a serial choker
Currently battling a chicken wing but getting on top of it
Have pretty new wedges I'm still figuring out
Here's my 3 rounds so far:
If all goes well, next round should be wednesday evening (BST), if there are any entries, they'll need to be in by 1700 BST 17 July.
