Tell us which course is your Home course

Home Course for me Is Oak Harbor in Slidell Louisiana. Look at maybe getting a membership closer to the house.

Thorncreek GC in Thornton Co. is my home course. Great course for walking, 4 star rating from Golf Digest, staff is fantastic
And to top it off they have a player development program there that is $40 a month for unlimited range balls, $15 greens fees including a cart after 3 and group lessons. That more than anything else really got me jazzed to play.

Pevely Farms Golf Club in Eureka MO. Interesting course layout that is generally kept in great shape. I have a season pass but I am keeping my mind open for 2011.

Gonna say Pleasant View Golf Course in Madison, WI even though I just moved to the area and can't really claim a "home" course yet.

Meadowbrook GC in Garner, NC. http://historicmeadowbrookgolf.com/index.htm

It's only a 9-hole course but it's really quite enjoyable. A great place to learn the game. The greens can be a bit rough (bumpy), but they are getting better all the time. Not many people in the Raleigh area even know about the course which is a shame because they are missing out on a nice little course. It's no country club for sure, but a great staff makes a difference. They are continually upgrading the course, and they listen to players to learn what to do to enhance the course as well.

I belong to Martin Downs Country Club in Palm City, FL. We had 36 holes but they closed one (Crane) last year. It's a great place but our membership is really hurting. We are also allowed to play Palm Beach Polo and Tesoro where they played the Ginn Classic.

Etna Acres is my home course. It is a very rural east central Indiana course. Front nine is traditional style with lots of trees, bushes, a little OB and water and was built in 1960. Back nine is links style with no trees but knee deep heather, water and wind and was added in 1988.
There are a couple things I love about the place besides the fact that everyone knows everyone by name. The owner is a 40 year member of the PGA of America and is a great friend and teacher. He and his family are much loved and respected in Indiana golf and at the course.
The course also has no bunkers and still allows you (and they sell) steel spikes. Might be the last course on earth that allows them.

Baywood CC in Fayetteville/Eastover NC. great course

Willow Lake Golf Club in Metter, GA
