Let us assume you were comparing it to the original AGSI insert (if you have used it) would you describe it as softer or firmer?

Actually Im more comparing it to the Odyssey insert and I have a Itsyt Bitsy Spider too, I think this one is tad more firm. Better feel
 
That is good to hear about the insert, and I am definitely liking the black grip over the white.
 
The grip isnt as bad as I thought, since its multicolored but I do still like the mostly white one.

OEM Kevin Comes Clean! New irons in my bag!!

So Im coming clean. Ive bagged the Callaway X-24's and Ive had them for my last three rounds. My low round ever was with the X-24's after two rounds of getting dialed in with them. I just love how they look and I cant argue with the results. They just hit fantastic!

So I did this against the better judgment of a few and I even was able to walk away from them with JB's help the first time I was tempted. But like a dog returns to his vomit, I went back. I hit them again and again. I even did GG's version of a fitting and the results were good. I traded in the Machspeeds, got a good deal with Dicks doing a extra $100 on top of trade in value that GG matched and sold another set of irons so nothing come out of my pocket. It just seemed to all align and come together. So I did it. Full OEM seal of approval for the X-24's!!

Ive been hitting the ball really really well with them. I think I'll only get better as I have more time on the range and the course. And with a 84 my last time out Im excited to see if I can lower with the X-24's and the new Ghost putter. Now Im going to tinker with a possible shaft change after I see what happens with TC's shaft experiment. Thank you and have a nice evening.

haha guilty as charged!! Thanks smalls! I feel like Ive been dishonest with my peeps and I needed to come clean!! I cant cheat on you guys ever again!!! lol

Very cool Kevin, I've hit these a few times now and it's hard to walk away! I got a few Dicks gift cards today for the bday, it's very tempting to make a fitting appointment now. I'm looking forward to your thoughts as you move on with them.
 
Id be willing to place a small wager that you do not finish the year with them as your irons....Especially when you see what is coming down the pipeline....

Disclaimer, I really do not know many new items coming up, but I do know OEM, and he will love most of them.
 
The only thing I can say is JB you know me well. And anyone that takes you up on that wager doesnt know me well lmao
