Keep on going. Sasho did a lot of research to get this right. Work on speed, and that makes you work on technique and fitness. At least, that's what it does for me. I've got to work more on weights and fitness - need stronger forearms. For the last two weeks, I've had golfers elbow from mats. So that may have slowed me down a bit - it's painful to lift anything heavy with the left arm.
