I made green Thai chilli curry with turkey breast tonight. Was tasty - just the right amount of heat with coconut.
Tonight will be a mashup of leftovers from 3 previous dinners. And it might include a bowl of granola with hemp milk.
My wife is from pitt and we have had plenty of those
homemade pasta (homemade is a pretty generous term here)
I’m in the Hershey, PA area and they had a BOGO special tonight. Couldn’t say no to that!

Tonight we did homemade pizzas. More importantly, rolling out dough entertained our 2 year old for a solid 20 minutes, then we sat on the floor staring at the oven watching them cook.
For dessert, chocolate pavlova with whipped cream & mini eggs.

Trying to support our local restaurants that are doing take out orders. Tonight it was lasagna and salad from a small restaurant in town. GREAT lasagna - I hardly believe I'm writing that, but it was. Best of all, we got to go for a short drive and neither my wife nor I had to cook. Be well. Be kind. Be calm.
