Brats with sauteed onions, fried potatoes, and beer ,

Tonight we did homemade pizzas. More importantly, rolling out dough entertained our 2 year old for a solid 20 minutes, then we sat on the floor staring at the oven watching them cook.

Trying to support our local restaurants that are doing take out orders. Tonight it was lasagna and salad from a small restaurant in town. GREAT lasagna - I hardly believe I'm writing that, but it was. Best of all, we got to go for a short drive and neither my wife nor I had to cook. Be well. Be kind. Be calm.

Easter dinner: ham, scalloped potatoes and green beans. Not the best pic...I also ate half before I took the pic...lol
