In helping me prepare for the MN Jucy Lucy outing, my wife tried to make them for us last night. Now, I love my wife, but...

...is the cheese supposed to have the consistency of Silly Putty? Mine did. I know I've got the right wife, so it must have been the wrong kind of cheese....
 
I just made a pork chop with shallots and mushrooms and it is hands down the best pork chop I have ever made. I am all about the bone-in chop now. Plus it was healthy! On the side was sauteed zucchini and a side salad.

I'm going with a apple/bourbon glazed pork chop tonight - starting to enjoy it more then a steak.

tonight was fast and easy. cheap Chinese take out at work.
 
I'm on my own tonight for dinner, I usually try to make something I haven't before.

Tonight I am going to try Buffalo Grilled Chicken.
just a Chicken breast basted with a homemade buffalo sauce throughout the grilling process...

I hope its good, or dinner will be a Protein Shake.
 
Working late so going with my old stand by, Subway. Spicy Italian.
