Pot roast I put in the slow cooker this morning. Yummy!!
 
I had this for lunch but seriously debating going back for Round 2.

Toston burger with Sweet potato tots apple butter dipping sauce!

I am attempting my first Yorkshire pudding.

If it works, dinner will be in 30 minutes. If not, Jacqui will do it and dinner will be in an hour.

My second batch was almost perfect! The firstly batch is behind the good ones.

I have a theory: bad yorkshire pudding is better than no yorkshire pudding.
I will freely admit, though, that I never had yorkshire pudding until a few years ago, so it is still a bit of a novelty to me.
