She’s a Scottish/German redhead... when we started dating, she told me she could make it and laughed....man was I so pleasantly surprised. She actually has the recipe down and it turns out amazing.

Tonight was Thai chicken satay skewers with a righteous, righteous homemade peanut sauce that was so good I might consider taking a bath in it. And coconut rice on the side, with grilled asparagus and zucchini.

I am full. And happy. Good food soothes my wounded soul.

Dittos. We have an outstanding Thai place not far from us, but we don't eat there nearly often enough, and we don't cook it at home nearly often enough either.
 
Wife made a crock pot full of her delicious BBQ pulled chicken.
 
Tried a new place in Chicago tonite.

The Duck Inn

Good cocktails, pretty solid food. Bonus for Tuesday night, Fried chicken, mash, collard greens, homemade biscuit is the Tuesday special. 10/10 would go again.

Quesadillas, no cheese, which makes them lame.
 
Fried pork chops and rice
 
Tonight I've got some of that expensive (ie overpriced) grass fed organic 85/15 beef... burgers on the grill, likely some bacon too. I mean, who doesn't like bacon?
 
My guess is airport food
 
Salmon with tomato dill relish and roasted asparagus.
