Ground beef and mixed veggies topped with mashed potatoes and cheese, basically.

Same as Shepherd's Pie, except Shepherd's Pie used lamb instead of ground beef.
 
Jalapeño poppers and a medium rare burger with Guinness cheddar cheese and fries.

Chicken enchiladas and booze.....lots of good booze.
 
Sliced beef roast, sausage, onions, and mushrooms in a red sauce.

First proper slab of beef since xmas time.
