Which is what killed The Dunes course. Really enjoyed that place a long time ago.

Me too. Have traveled to see WW since it opened. Often initially, less often as conditions went down hill. Believe the reopening of PB will be epic.
 
Just got a note from Cabot regarding Real Estate. 2BR homes available for 1.95mm and 4BR homes at 3.95mm.
 
Course is looking GOOD!

Email went out saying preview tee times start 1/22/24. They haven’t said cost though, though I’ve heard an ugly rumor of it being around 350 likely before caddie fee due to time of year. Come on summer rates 😤
