Trephination is fantastic. It is a specialty of the brewpub, so not often available, but definitely one of the brewmaster's signature offerings. It's more of an English IPA, so more malty and the hop flavours are more typical of England versus BC/Left Coast USA.
Southern Tier is definitely an American IPA and has definite layers of flavour, predominitely citrus and floral.
Basically they are both to die for!
