That said, I don’t care what the winning score is at a tournament. The golfers need to beat the other players. How they get to the lowest score, be it crush 340 tee shots or have outstanding approach shots or lights out putting, they still need to make birdies to win

Players aren’t hitting bombs this week, though. It has been noted they’re enjoying unusually tame weather conditions.
Just so many going low and the names aren’t who I would have picked coming into the week. Admittedly, my track record of picking winners is very very bad

As a TV viewer, I agree completely. It’s nice not to have to listen to the idiots yelling stupid things after every shot, and the lack of fans doesn’t take away from the viewing experience at all. I’m sure they’re missing all the revenue from having fans there, though!
The Tour is missing the money, but I bet the players aren’t missing them either.
