Get ready for the introduction to PUMA MATTR apparel.
PUMA Golf is getting read to introduce its most hi-tech collection of shirts they have ever created. They call the line MATTR which stands for MATerials, Technology, Research.
PUMA MATTR is a hi-tech, moisture-wicking and fast-drying fabric that is also extremely breathable with a stretch design. It is light weight and perfect for year round wear with a classic golf style.
“Our MATTR fabric is all about performance; this polo is what you reach for when you need to eliminate distractions, stay cool, calm and collected, and be ready to perform your best. MATTR delivers a ton of stretch for freedom of movement and enhanced breathability, keeping players cool on a hot day so they can focus on playing well and enjoying the game.” said Chris MacNeill, Senior Product Line Manager, PUMA Golf.
The new 2021 PUMA MATTR Collection ranges from $65-$75 for men, $45-$55 for women and $45 for juniors. All styles will be available at pumagolf.com or select retail locations very soon, with additional drops and colors coming later this Spring and Summer.
Based on the last release of CloudSpun from PUMA Golf, those on the THP Forum will be clamoring to hear more about this new collection. Jump into the conversation below.

I’m about to do damage today at my pro shop. Soon though.
My first one showed up last week, the birds of paradise one. It looks so sharp and the fabric is phenomenal. I can see why these get rave reviews for hot days.

Gotta let it get through the wash first, I don’t model clothes until the folding lines get ironed or washed out ?

I like that a lot.
I took a bit of a gamble on the print as online it’s hard to see the details, hence the zoomed photo here for others to see, but I really like it.
I also really like the topographic pattern but not sure I can pull that one off…

Cloudspun gets all the love but I just ordered these

I love my cloudspun, but this Mattr shirt I just got is going to be better for AZ summer.
I just added my first MATTR polos to the wardrobe. They feel like the perfect AZ material.

I got two in the mail today and two pairs of puma shorts delivering tomorrow. Needed some smaller sizes!
I got mine for the round at Rams Hill and loved it. I’ll definitely grab another… Or 7… For the summer rounds.
Been on Cobra/Puma website quite a bit lately and these polos are?
With this heat wave this fabric should be selling faster than you can fry an egg on the sidewalk

MATTR is by far my favorite of their materials. Love CS, but can only wear it outside here in the fall/winter

I’m the otherside of the coin due to climate in that CS is my favorite but I’m glad a few Mattr in the closet
Interesting. I much prefer MATTR. While Cloudspun is awesome I don’t love it for on course except in 1/4 zip on a cool day
I arguably play more fall and spring golf than summer ????
That makes sense I guess but why not more summer? Its so short haha

mostly kid and family time gets busier
