Also I just checked out the LPGA site for the event. $40 for the entire event for entry? That is a downright STEAL of a price to watch such a good field.

JB, I am curious how sponsors work on the LPGA. I see some with the staff bags and what not, but would imagine full bag sponsorships are less common?

They are. However there are still lots of full sponsored (and by that I mean similar to the PGA in terms of staff bag deals, 11 club deals, etc). However on the PGA Tour, you will see the full top 50 with just about everything covered. Out here it would be closer to to the top 20-25 (maybe less). Then you will see club deals, bag deals, etc. Also with a larger foreign contingent, their deals are far different in terms of products that you might not recognize.

They were flighting it lower for that reason. Most of the girls can play it low or high without much effort. By the afternoon, the wind died down a bit and we were out their with Moira and she was testing out new FW woods without much wind struggle.
