Hmmmm, first round of the year, pretty tough course, conditions will most likely be rainy and windy, can't imagine the greens will be running really smooth.

Pretty tough to score well given all that and while I'm thinking the work you're putting in has you a better golfer by quite a bit than last year, I'm going to guess 94 with 33 putts.
