Damn it, this stuff makes me so angry.
 
One report i read said that the texts were him bragging about "great sex" with a 16yr old. Absolutely sickening and i wont be sad to see his life destroyed

The crazier thing is age of consent is 16 in Indiana...so at worst he'd get a solicting charge for that. My guess is there's more there though...

And now... Depending on the state, age of consent could be 16.

Not sure what makes people do this sort of crap. Guy had the bull by the horns and he pissed it all away.
 
Read an article about him and a relationship he was having with a franchisee. Yes, he admitted to having sex with a 16 year old in a text to her. Yes, legal age in Indiana is 16 so there's no crime. Lack of judgement. Sick perverted mind, but not criminal. But that part where he gets to where he is even more twisted is he was trying to talk this franchisee into running an ad on Craigslist selling sexual services so he could watch. He was telling her she could make $500/act. WTH!! Then he was trying to talk her into introducing him to her under age (at the time) cousin and started asking her what she was thinking about and imagining while thinking about the 3 of them together. The guy is not right in the head. Supposedly, the franchisee cut it off and reported everything to Subway officials, but they deny any information about this being shared. Once again, it looks like the perv is likely not going to be charged, because at this time it doesn't appear that he's broken any laws. Also, it didn't look like the FBI was actively investigating him anymore. They also said that his net worth now is $15 Million. So if he's halfway smart, he doesn't have to worry about money for the rest of his life. Not bad for a guy who started out losing 200 lbs eating subway sandwiches.

To the $15 million. IIRC, he is married, so maybe it'll be down to 7.5 in his account once his wife ditches his sorry arse. Still a pretty penny though for pitching fast food.

He seems to be a bit of a twisted individual but all they have one him at the moment is solicitation since the legal age is 16 in Indiana. I have a feeling more will gradually come out as the case progresses however.
