I found a new spice company called Spiceology that I am really digging. They have plain spices and blends. The Korean BBQ rub makes some great spare ribs and I pair it with an orange-chili sauce. I have 3 new rubs on the way: Nashville Hot Chicken, Sasquatch Dirt, and a Double Smoke one.

Man, that's some expensive rub...$13 for 4oz is spendy
Ever tried Meat Church? We love their Holy Cow on brisket and burgers. It's $9 for 12 oz
A couple of split breasts for dinner tonight. Came out pretty good. Trying two different rubs just for giggles. Not pictured are half a dozen wings I did as an experiment. Those came out great.

The rubs I buy from them are $18.99 for 16-20oz. Still not cheap, but not $13 for 4oz. I have used meat church and many, many others. I have just found these guys recently and am liking them.Man, that's some expensive rub...$13 for 4oz is spendy

They’ll get another couple hours sitting on the grill, before they’re ready for prime time. ?
Have you tried reverse sear? Had a go the other day with a tomahawk steak. Fantastic.
Love Steaks on the Kamado!
