At the end of the day, that's what it's all about. Since joining here I have worked on my game like never before. The proof is in the results. Thanks THP for the prodding. I needed it. I'm ready to continue to build my "Legacy"
 
Haven't we all already been creating and continue to create a legacy every day right here on all these pages in this forum? I think we have.
You cant recreate Woodstock, it just happens. And this place is happening every day.

Same here! I doubt 2015 will work very well for me, but I'll be done with the house building/moving after next year. In 2016 I'll also get another week of vacation, so I definitely see a THP event in my future then!

So last week's post in the MC Recap thread and the Ryder Cup really got me to thinking about this event and what my Legacy is to this point. "Unfinished" would be the best way to describe it. My competitive THP record is 0-4 and it's not something that I'm thrilled about. When everything is said and done I'd like to be remembered as AdamW283, the guy who shows up to events and gets it done....the guy you want on your team. Not just for my boyish good looks, but for my play and how I exemplify the best of what THP is.

But legacy transcends just what I do on the course. It also includes the forums as well. Since the Morgan Cup I've gained a new appreciation for what THP really means to me and to others in the community. It's a brother/sisterhood of golfers....a Frarority of sorts. We may not always see eye to on on everything, but we're all part of this amazing thing called The Hacker's Paradise. I love this place....I love the people.....I love THP.

The first chapter of my legacy was written leading up to the Morgan Cup. The second chapter was the Morgan cup. Now it's time for chapter 3 to be written.....and I can't wait.

Heck of a post. Your legacy is just beginning here. You played your heart out at the MC and that was awesome to see. My experience at the MC only cemented how much I love this place. I'm excited as to what 2015 will offer and especially excited about this event.

I want to thank this 100 times. Seeing your transformation at the MC was a highlight, seeing how much heart you put into your game up close and personal; your record doesn't show how hard you tried, but that's golf. PreMC Adam and PostMC Adam are two drastically different THPers, and I'm very happy to call you a friend.
 
Such an awesome post Adam. Really really glad I got to tee it up with you brother. Definitely our first but now our last round together buddy.
