Mio is how much you squirt in there, but if I am honest to myself, its almost always too much.

Mio has some really good flavors. I think it's vanilla orange that we go through like crazy. It tastes like those orange Creamsavers you could get a few years ago. I'm not sure if that's a caffeinated one though.

I'm still stuck on Golf Gum for my mid round caffeine fix.

I don't think it's caffeinated either, but I know that's one of JB's favorite flavors. In fact, I just bought him some more of that today.
