If they havent lived their for two years, they may not be able to budge due to capital gains taxes eating up their profits.

Well if that's the case it's going to be unfortunate. We like the house, but not enough to pay their asking price. We figured if the purchase fell through, we'd stay in our current house for another year or so and then try house hunting again. There really isn't much of a rush to buy, and I'd rather get the current house paid down a bit more before turning it into a rental anyways ... so we have options.

Capital Gains are very true for homes not lived in for 24 months and the number is ridiculous upwards of 30% of the profit.
There are things that qualify not to have to pay it, but if it is there residence and are not being transferred out of the area, or qualify for another reason, they are real.

They've been on the ground this whole time but landed in gate B and I'm in gate F. I guess they're walking with thper golf pace

I actually have had good luck there.
But I also know they have Rick Bayless Torta place and I love the food.

We stopped there going and coming back from London last month. I heard the horror stories but we had no issues there. Other than having to take the train from/to the International terminal. But I set it up with plenty of layover time.

Did you know you can download their app and order the food while you're taxiing to your gate? Wife just discovered this our last trip through. Might have to use it tomorrow.
